Wrightfield knows how important it is to all of our customers that any breakdown or delay in a production line is not only disruptive, but also extremely costly. To this end, all Wrightfield machinery is manufactured, assembled and fully tested at our Eye site extensively before anything leaves the building.

Once the manufacturing team are satisfied with the finished product, the equipment is dismantled and loaded onto our fleet of vehicles, complete with all tooling and ancillaries. Our dedicated team of installation engineers travel to site, and remain on site, until the job is complete.

All equipment is fitted, installed and extensively tested, and only when our Customer is entirely satisfied with the installation, will they sign off the project and leave the site.

It’s this level of understanding and commitment to our customers which has set our reputation as number one for service and quality standards. As a result of this, Wrightfield is also able to carry out installation work for other OEM's including the installation of all pipework for necessary utilities.

Wrightfield fully appreciate the need for the minimum disruption to production and therefore offer a weekend or overnight installation time schedule where required.
