However, there is much more to a conveyor than just travelling from A to B!

Many applications for conveyors require the installation to take product between two set points. However, these points are rarely in line or at the same height, or even in the same room! In order to accommodate the wide ranges of process machinery required for the manufacture any given product, many twists and turns are inevitable throughout a factory layout. This is where we come in.

Our dedicated Project Engineers will come and thoroughly survey and discuss the exact requirements of a conveyor solution on site.

Once the route has been set, then the belt type, width and drive system can be specified to suit the product type or objects being conveyed.

For food industry applications, our conveyors are made from fully welded stainless steel, resistant to the highly abrasive modern cleaning chemicals used in today’s food manufacturing industry. Each conveyor is designed from the outset with robustness, durability and hygiene in mind.

It is almost impossible to categorise and / or standardise a range of conveyors for these functions, therefore everything we build is bespoke, tailored to the individual needs of the customer, driven by the criteria set by our Project Engineers.
