Wrightfield has become renowned for its excellence when it comes to conveyor systems, and by working in partnership with the best suppliers in the industry for belts, motors and control systems, our conveyor systems are second to none.
With this level of expertise and experience behind us, we can now offer a new solution to raising or lowering a product within a confined space without interrupting product flow - Spiral Conveyors.
Each of our conveyors are of bespoke design for individual requirements per application. However the design process is modular, therefore giving you individual design flexibility at no additional cost.
Using a design criteria covering available footprint area, belt width, rate of incline or decline, speed of the belt, and infeed and outfeed orientation and extension requirements, Wrightfield can supply you with a tailor made solution to a fixed budget, and with our renowned build quality and attention to detail, it will be robust and durable to keep your product flowing.
Applications for spiral use can be specified for any product type in any industry sector. From individual items to boxes full of goods, any solution is possible. To this end, different belt types can be used to make sure that all products or items travel under full control, not slipping across the belt, falling over, falling off or interfering with the operation of the machinery.
For hygienic applications, fully stainless fabrication design is used to create a bug trap free fully washable installation. Also, with the use of modular plastic belts, the spiral can be used for raw, cooked, breaded or frozen products too.
All of our spiral conveyors, whatever the size, are fully built and tested here on site before either being transported as a whole, or knocked down for re-assembly on site. During the design specification, access to the installation point is evaluated, so whatever the size of doorway, we can get it there.
Equally, our team of highly skilled installation engineers will make sure the spiral is assembled and commissioned in the fastest possible time, keeping any disruption or production line down time to an absolute minimum.
