Manufacture
With over 40,000 sq ft of manufacturing area, and an extensive array of:-
- Laser profiling
- CNC Machining
- Punching, Shearing, Bending and Machining
- Space for fabricating for large scale conveyor systems
- Wrightfield is more than capable of manufacturing any food processing system in house
Installation
Wrightfield have installed and commissioned food machines and complete food production lines in factories throughout the UK. Our experienced teams of installation engineers allow us to complete all mechanical and electrical work.
Designing all elements in house allows us to ensure all documentation and assembly approaches are effectively managed. This has allowed Wrightfield to complete work on projects with very tight completion dates and ensure that critical completion dates were met.
Process Improvement
Our experienced engineers have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the food sector. Working across multiple sectors (Poultry, Seafood , Meat, Bakery etc) provides us with a wealth of knowledge on systems and processes.
