Our sub-contract steel fabrication service covers everything from 2D and 3D design – using AutoCAD and SolidWorks. Our services include fabrication, finishing and final assembly. With our strategic partners we can offer a variety of painted and plated finishes.
In our 40,000 sqft site we have a wide range of metalworking facilities that are constantly being updated and currently include:-

Wrightfield Ltd provide a engineering sub contract service, machining and manufacturing components for our wide customer base in industry sectors ranging from Food, Processing, Production and many more.
We are able to offer the precision machining of prototype 1 off parts, through to higher volume batch runs.
Operating from a modern and continually updated, plant of CNC machines with highly skilled engineers. We provider scheduled despatch of components via Kanban, direct to stock or direct to the assembly line.
Bead Blasting Sub Con Services
Surface finishing is a non-core activity for most firms. Sending your components to Wrightfield frees up capital and floor space, and allows you to focus engineering, management and technical resources on core activities.

For those after the larger items to be blasted; our bead blasting facility is has a capacity / room size of 8m x 3m x 3.5m high with overhead crane
